All payments are processed before goods are shipped. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Pricing, Product Description and Availability
The currency displayed is pounds sterling. All descriptions are based on our perception of taste and texture. Honey being a natural product may vary in colour and taste from season to season. We do not pastuerise or heat any of our products and so some granulation may occur, this is a sign of quality. In the unlikely event that a product chosen is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a number of options. We will either replace the product for one of equal value. Place your order on back order to be dispatched within 14 days. Or you may cancel your order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Our charges are for recorded delivery and the charge will be estimated upon purchase. The cost for orders is from £5.00 upwards. This covers all of the mainland UK with some exceptions, please note, there are some limitations to the service coverage for some Highland areas of Scotland and offshore islands. For the Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland or any international destination please contact us for a quote. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the Silver Frame Ltd at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller or a replacement will be dispatched on agreement. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, Silver Frame Ltd will not be held responsible.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, Silver Frame Ltd is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Silver Frame Ltd will not be held responsible for peoples differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your own individual palette.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Silver Frame Ltd complies fully with the data protection laws in the UK and we will only use the personal information you have given us in order to process your order. It will not be passed on to any third parties or used for unsolicited marketing or any other marketing purposes.
